Policy
All Clients 18 and older are required to bring the following identification:
Valid Government issued identification or driver’s license (no expired IDs will be accepted), Passport, Military ID or Resident Alien Card
*Documents must be physically present to receive services, no photos accepted.

MINOR Policy
Minors must be always accompanied by a parent/legal guardian* to receive services in our studio.
For paperwork purposes we require ALL paper copies documents of the following:
A valid identification for the minor must include a Photo, First and Last name and Date of Birth (these include but are not limited to School ID, Passport or Government Issued ID). Birth Certificate Parent/Legal Guardian’s government issued ID *All Legal Guardians must provide legal documentation with proof of guardianship.
MINOR PIERCINGS
Earlobe piercing only – 12 and up
Helix, Nostril, Septum, Navel – 15 and up.
All minors are excluded from oral, dermal/surface, and genital piercings.
The policies we’ve established regarding minors are designed to protect minors, their parents, our studio staff, and are in alignment with the Pasadena Health Department's requirements.
